TERM ONEWelcome to Gr 6 English! You will find links to websites and extra activities when you click on Symbaloo.

Hi there, everyone!! Welcome back to a VERY busy term! You will have noticed that our timetable has changed, and that we will not be having our computer/English classes. This is to accommodate the rehearsal schedule for the school play, so let's 'just do it'! ( Mr Cod has assured me that the timetable will revert to normal after the play.)
I know that for some of you, the idea of the exams at the end of the term is quite scary; I do understand, but I mean it when I say that there really is nothing to be scared of. Just pace yourself and do the work as and when you get it. Don't leave things 'for later', because 'later' has a nasty habit of sneaking up on a person, and before you know it, you'll be planning your next holidays! I expect you to work on your own at home, so make sure you follow my instructions carefully.
You will notice that there is another Symbaloo page for you to check out. I think you'll find it helpful for revision work, especially in your other subjects. Please feel free to suggest some ideas to put onto the Symbaloo page! Also, don't forget reachateacha.blogspot.com for extra lessons for English.

Hello everyone!! I hope you are 'raring to go' this term, and that you will find our lessons challenging and meaningful.

Can you believe it? Your final term in Gr 6!!! Good luck to all of you as you begin the countdown to the end of the year...
